The Mark Ella Achievement Awards

The purpose of the Mark Ella Achievement Awards program is to improve health and happiness of First Nations children and youths through behavioural change that will improve their chances of a better life and enhance their chances of employment in future life.

The program has been developed combining clinical expertise in handling stress and trauma-related conditions with pioneering technology and confronts this problem with tools that promotes positive behavioural change in an interesting and exciting way for the participants.

Combining on-line technology to identify existing problems and then provide tools and activities to help overcome the problems identified. Then with the use of positive guidance through ambassadors, gamification, the competitions and rewards program with in-person activities the program builds positive behavioural change and a healthier and happier life.
The program is by invitation only and provides a safe based community where the participants have the confidence to be openly helped and help with their peers and trusted colleagues.
